Berks Elite caused a shock in the East Berkshire League Cup competition after eliminating higher-league opposition in the First Round on Saturday.
The Division One team stunned KS Gryf when storming into a three goals lead at the Aldermaston Recreational Society before holding off a fightback from the Premier Division side to advance into the next round.
A goal from Shettima Bukar gave Berks Elite the lead inside the first 10 minutes of the tie, and Clifford Gyamfi doubled the advantage before the break. The third goal came less than a minute into the second half with Inigo Urriza hitting the back of the net.
KS Gryf put up a spirited comeback with both Eugeniu Craciunescu and substitute Oskar Luniewski on target, but it was not enough the take the tie to a penalties shoot-out.
Sandhurst Royals avoided a potential banana skin with a narrow 1-0 success over lower-league Real Saracens. The only goal in the game at the Sandhurst Memorial Park came from in-form Isaac Ababio.
The feature tie in the League Cup First Round was a clash between old rivals Britwell and Frontline, and Britwell dumped last seasons Semi Finalists out of the competition with a 4-1 victory at The Chicken Ranch.

Bryan Robert Taylor was the star on show for Britwell with a hat-trick, while George Dewhurst bagged a fourth goal for the team. Frontline did take the lead in the tie with a goal from Sayyid Saleh, only the second goal Britwell has conceded in all competitions so far this season.
Cookham Dean are out of the Slough Town Premier Cup competition after a gut-wrenching 4-3 defeat on penalties to Langley F.C Under 23s following an entertaining 3-3 draw at the Alfred Major Recreation Ground.
Rory King scored either side of half-time for Cookham, with Dylan Morrison scoring a third goal just before the hour mark.
The standout tie in the First Round of the Presidents Cup competition was a meeting between Division One promotion rivals Hype Train and Slough Heating Laurencians Reserves, and Slough Heating eliminated the 2022 winners thanks to a 2-0 success.
The goals came from Sherif Elghoneimi and Craig Kelly either side of the break at Waingels College.
Old Windsor Reserves are the current Presidents Cup holders and made it through to the Quarter Finals stage with a 4-0 win at HKRG United.
Sean Blandford was the chief destroyer for The Os with a hat-trick at Ryeish Green Sports Hub, after Mark Walker opened the scoring with a goal on 30 minutes.

FC Bracknell powered their way into the next round of the competition following an 8-1 thrashing of Prospect FC at Calcot Recreation Ground.
Callum Cobb will take the plaudits after he came on as a substitute to score a hat-trick. There was two goals from Andre Jardim, with Ethan Callaway, Ben Clarke and Luke Garton all also on the scoresheet. Prospect player-manager Dawid Jarzebowski scored the consolation effort for his team inside the last 10 minutes of the First Round tie.
Eton Wick recovered from falling behind to beat Taplow United Swans 3-2 and book their place in the Quarter Finals of the Presidents Cup.
Goals from Michael Fountain and Alex Seymour gave Taplow a narrow lead heading into half-time at Haywards Mead. A Chris Otta strike kept the home team in the contest.
Eton Wick raised their game in the second period and goals from both Edward Burton and Orren Oliver completed the comeback and ensured their team would be in the draw for the next round.
