Both teams have been struggling for wins early on in the season with Chalvey victorious once in six matches in the Premier Division, while Prospect have been successful in two of their five games in Division One.
Reading-based Prospect changed their fortunes around in emphatic fashion however, with a 6-0 thrashing of their opponents in the First Round of the League Cup.
Prospect player-manager, Dawid Jarzebowski scored twice in the rout at Calcot Recreation Ground, as did Mikolaj Watroba. The other goals were scored by Jakub Jarzebowski and Kacper Sek.
Chalvey Sports did not help themselves when Charles Johnson was dismissed for a second bookable offence on 26 minutes, meaning has side had to compete for over an hour with 10 men.
Taplow United F.C Swans also provided a massive upset in the League Cup when eliminating higher-league side Pundit thanks to a 2-1 success at George Pitcher Memorial Ground in Burnham.
Both Alex Seymour and Samuel Toombs were on target for The Swans whilst a goal from Ryan Partington could not keep Premier Division team, Pundit in the competition.

Premier Division champions, Old Windsor, had the biggest potential banana skin in the draw for the First Round against HKRG United, the side currently bottom in Division One and still without a win this season.
The Os sailed through however, with an emphatic 8-0 win at Old Windsor Recreation Ground. The tie was over as a contest at the break as both Lewis Corney and Josh O’Reilly scored twice in the first half, with a further goal from James Walton.
The icing was put on the cake in the second period when substitutes Kai Rymes and Legend of the Club, Gary Wade, both came on to add to the scoresheet.
The only negative for Old Windsor, the side currently in possession of the League Cup trophy, was a red card shown to Jake Bartlett for a second bookable offence inside the last 10 minutes of the contest.
Premier Division outfit F.C Beaconsfield are also through to the next round following their high-scoring 7-2 victory over lower-league Eton Wick at Haywards Mead.
The Wick made a good start thanks to a brace from Orren Oliver inside the first 15 minutes of the tie, but Beaconsfield soon got the upper hand to ensure they would be in the draw for the Second Round.
Joshua Peck was the chief destroyer with a hat-trick, with further goals from Liam Crane and Casey Moore as well as substitutes Gareth Sampson and Cartel Phillips.
The First Round tie between Division One high flyers F.C Bracknell and Hype Train was expected to be a close encounter but, Bracknell ran out emphatic 8-1 winners.

Andre Jardim was the star on show in Great Hollands with a four goals haul. The other goals scorers in the eye-catching result were Ben Clarke and George Leakey plus substitutes Shahid Bhatti and Kyle Wallbanks.
There was one tie in the First Round to the Ascot & Fielden District Charity Cup competition and Taplow United first team edged out F.C. Baylis United with a 3-2 win.
There was three different goals scorers for The Swans; Jordan Jawandha, Aaron Kew and Samuel March. One of the F.C Baylis efforts was struck by Haris Farooq inside a minute of the second half.
The draw for the Second Round to the League Cup competition will take place during the Showcase Match event on Saturday 30 November 2024.
