The Slough Town Premier Cup competition will have two mouthwatering Semi Finals matches in the New Year after the competition of the Quarter Finals stage on Saturday.
Old Windsor are the current Premier Cup holders and beat A.F.C Reading 3-0 to set up a crunch tie at home to rivals Britwell in February 2025.
Sean Blandford scored the only goal in the first half to give the Os a lead at the Berkshire County Sports Club. Blandford scored again in the second period to double his own tally for the match, with Josh O’Reilly scoring a third goal for the team to secure the victory.
F.C. Beaconsfield will also have the advantage of being at home in the Semi Finals of the competition following their 4-2 victory against F.C. Baylis United at Wooburn Green Lane Field.
Brad Miguel hit a double for Beaconsfield while both Kyron Ellis-Browne and Joshua Peck both also hit the back of the net. Oluwadamilola Famakin scored twice for Baylis but the team exit at the Quarter Finals stage for the second season in succession.
Frontline will travel to F.C. Beaconsfield for a place in the 2025 Final after they beat Taplow United 4-3 after extra time. The Quarter Finals tie finished 2-2 after 90 minutes. Frontline can boast four different goals scorers in the win; Karim Chaibi, Sameer Khan, Ephraim Rasheed and substitute, Saleh Saleh. The Taplow goals scorers were Edward Freeman, Jordan Jawandha and substitute Sam Rosten.
F.C. Bracknell haved the Semi Finals in the Slough Town Junior Cup for the first time ever thanks to a 7-2 victory over Real Saracens after extra time. The Quarter Finals tie at the George Pitcher Memorial Ground in Burnham finished 2-2 after 90 minutes. Both Hamza Arif Isap and Usman Tariq were on target for Real Saracens.
